The Premier League champions are way behind in the race for the top four and fear they could lose the likes of Diego Costa, Thibaut Courtois and Oscar
Chelsea fear their likely to failure to qualify for the Champions League next season will result in FOUR of their star players leaving in the summer, including Eden Hazard, according to The Sun.
The reigning champions are currently 14 points off a top-four place following a disastrous first half of the season, which saw Jose Mourinho sacked and replaced by Guus Hiddink in December.
Chelsea’s form has scarcely improved since the Dutchman took over at the helm and the club are fearful of a player exodus led by Hazard.
Real Madrid’s transfer ban could scupper their reported plans to make Hazard their next Galactico but PSG remain interested, while they have also been linked with an audacious move for Thibaut Courtois.
Atletico Madrid, who are to face the same punishment as their city rivals, have been linked with a move to bring back Diego Costa to the Vicente Calderon, while Oscar is a long-term target of Juve’s.
